Statement of Purpose
The Christian County Friends of the Library is an active, growing organization dedicated to the improvement and expansion of the Christian County Library. Our #1 priority is to provide additional funding for items and services not covered by the library's county budget. We acquire these funds through various fund raisers throughout the year. We invite you to participate in the activities of the Friends of the Library. It's FUN! It's great for meeting people! Get involved! Join us today!!!!!!
Membership
To join, sign up at the Christian County Library, 1005 North 4th Ave., Ozark, MO 65721 or at one of the two yearly booksales. Members are invited to the presale the night before the public sale. You may sign-up that night or anytime at the library.
Dues are $5.00 per calendar year (January - December).

We accept book, magazine, or monetary donations for the Friends of the Library anytime during library business hours - not just near book sale times. Bring to entrance by the mailbox. Remember us when clearing your shelves! Thank you!

Parking lot expansion, repair and resealing (1991)
Emergency lights, signs and ground fault interrupters for bathrooms and kitchen
Park benches, trash containers and material for wooden signs
Meeting room & adjoining kitchen furniture [1984/85]
Blinds, coat rack and bean bag chairs for children's area
Folding tables, card tables, chairs and the rolling racks to store them
Baby changing table and diaper pail
Carts, kick-step stools, book trucks, shopping baskets and storage rack
